Necessary cookies and storage
The Lomus app uses session and CSRF cookies to authenticate requests and protect account actions. It may store local interface preferences and a cookie-notice acknowledgement. The marketing website stores a versioned analytics consent choice locally for up to 180 days, then asks again. These preferences do not contain an account identifier. If storage is unavailable, your choice may not persist.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept analytics, the production marketing website loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3QC2RHPERQ). Google may process browser and device information and interaction records. The _ga and _ga_3QC2RHPERQ cookies distinguish browser visits and sessions; their configured lifetime is up to 180 days and can renew with use.
Analytics cookies are scoped to the marketing hostname. This integration does not add analytics to the app or Community, and it does not measure completed signups. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the site integration. Browser privacy settings or blockers may prevent analytics even after consent.
Change your preferences
Accepting or rejecting analytics is optional. Use the button below or Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection through this integration and removes its accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase records already collected; contact support@lomus.ai for a data request.
Browser controls
You can also remove cookies and local storage through browser settings. Removing necessary cookies may sign you out. Clearing the consent preference causes the website to ask again; analytics remains off until accepted. See our Privacy policy for more information.
