Hosting, storage, and email
Amazon Web Services provides core hosting, database and object storage, credential storage, and transactional email delivery. Data categories can include account records, agent content, attachments, operational information, and email recipients.
Payments
Stripe handles payment processing and subscription billing. It receives billing and transaction information required for checkout and account management. Lomus stores billing references and subscription records, rather than full payment card numbers.
AI and optional media
OpenAI and Anthropic process prompts and other content sent to the supported models you select. OpenAI also supports configured transcription and image-generation capabilities. Microsoft Edge speech services may process text when Edge voice output is enabled. The data sent depends on the feature and your agent’s configuration. BYOK connects usage to your provider account.
Sign-in and abuse prevention
Google and GitHub provide optional connected-account sign-in. Cloudflare Turnstile supports abuse prevention on protected flows. These services receive authentication or browser-security information as needed for their role.
Connected channels and skills
Telegram, Slack, and Discord process messages and associated platform information when you connect their respective channels. Skills may contact additional services you choose or configure; review the skill’s requirements and the service’s terms. These integrations may operate under your own account and are not all Lomus-appointed subprocessors.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics processes marketing website interaction information only after consent. It is not required to use Lomus. See Cookie policy and preferences.
